Erik Dos Santos
Erik Dos Santos has litigated numerous class and individual actions, and has argued in California's Superior Courts, District Courts, and the California Court of Appeal since 2016. He has also drafted appellate briefs in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the California Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining GrahamHollis, Erik worked another plaintiff's employment law firm that secured a multi-million-dollar jury verdict for a wage and hour class action and a six-million-dollar jury verdict for a disability discrimination case. Erik continues to specialize in employment law, representing plaintiffs in wage and hour class actions, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases.
Erik is a graduate from UCLA School of Law. During law school, Erik completed the Year-long Trial Advocacy Clinic, where he represented employees on behalf of Los Angeles Garment Industry Workers in Pro Bono Wage and Hour litigation.
During Erik's free time, he enjoys surfing, hiking, golfing, traveling and playing with his dog.
