Allison Schubert

Allison Schubert joined GrahamHollis APC as a law clerk at the end of her first year of law school and continued working at the firm until she was hired on as an attorney in 2021. Allison's time clerking at the firm provided her with a strong foundation in becoming a successful employment attorney. She gained broad experience in litigating representative and class actions and became knowledgeable in employment law, including wage and hour laws, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Allison graduated the University of San Diego School of Law in the top 3 percent of her class. She was a recipient of the Dean's Honor Scholarship and the Law Achievement Scholarship. Allison also received numerous CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for achieving the highest scores in her law school classes, including Legal Research and Writing, Environmental Law, Legislation, and Evidence. As a law student, Allison interned at the City of Chula Vista and served as a research assistant for an esteemed constitutional and administrative law professor. She also participated in her law school's Energy Law and Policy Clinic, where she assisted a top California agency with a complex research project involving privacy issues.

Allison has always been passionate about using her law degree to effectuate positive changes in the lives of others. Prior to joining law school, Allison aspired to become an environmental attorney and address environmental issues for the benefit of future generations. Once she began working in the field of employment law, Allison quickly realized her passion for protecting employees from unlawful working conditions.
