Bonnie Potter
Bonnie is the go-to person in the firm. She brings great energy and loves to problem-solve. During her 25+ years, Bonnie has been involved in all aspects of the firm. After earning her paralegal certificate, she started with the firm in 1997 as a paralegal. Four years later, she transitioned into the office administrator position where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the firm, which include human resources, finances, case management, and technology, among other things. In 2017, Bonnie switched gears and was instrumental in building the business development department. In June 2022, she stepped back into the shoes of the office administrator, a favorite position for her.
During her free time, Bonnie loves to read, craft, travel, ride her Harley, and spend time with her family.

Michael Simpson
Michael is the Office Services Manager at GrahamHollis APC and makes sure that all our computers and programs are humming along like a well-oiled engine. He handles all aspects of document management, from mail to copying and scanning to electronic data processing. Michael is also the firm’s facilities manager. He makes certain that we have a roof over our heads, functioning climate control, running water and all other comforts of a productive office environment. He has worked with GrahamHollis APC for over 23 years. During this time, Michael started his own janitorial company and earned his California Notary Public Commission in 2014.
Michael is a devoted family man and enjoys the many adventures his wife and kids bring to his life.

Magdalena Valdez

Magdalena Valdez is a paralegal for GrahamHollis APC. Magdalena was raised in San Diego, California. She is fluent in Spanish and has worked in the legal industry since 2006, primarily in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense and medical malpractice. In 2006, Magdalena earned an associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Southwestern College. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from University of Phoenix.
In her leisure time, Magdalena enjoys cooking, watching movies, reading and spending time with her husband and two adult children. She is also active in church.

Amy Bevan

Amy Bevan has been a paralegal since 2004, working in a wide array of specialty fields and in locations ranging from Washington, D.C., to San Francisco to here in San Diego.
Amy was born in San Diego but grew up mostly across the country in Virginia, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2003 from the College of William and Mary with a focus in government and computer science. She enjoys the work she does in plaintiff’s-side employment litigation, as she enjoys being able to help out the “little guy.”
During Amy’s free time, she enjoys watching the hummingbirds in her backyard, volunteering with the San Diego Clean Slate Clinic (helping people expunge their records), hiking with her pup, and traveling anywhere, but especially Mexico.

Andrea Gorrino
Andrea is a paralegal in the offices of GrahamHollis APC. Andrea was born and raised in San Diego and is fluent in Spanish. In 2015, Andrea earned her BA in Anthropology, specializing in Education Studies from the University of Los Angeles. Prior to joining GrahamHollis, APC, Andrea worked as a paralegal in a stabilized law office in San Diego that practiced employment and consumer lawsuits throughout California.
In her spare time, Andrea enjoys time with her family and friends, reading, watching her favorite sports team, and attending live concerts with her sister.

Viviana Samaniego

Business Development Director
Viviana began working as a Spanish Bilingual Intake Specialist at Graham Hollis APC law offices in mid-2021. Through much collaboration and dedication, Viviana took over the Business Development Director role and currently oversees the Intake Department. Viviana is a San Diego native who is passionate about helping those in rough life situations. With previous experience managing the administration of a hospice for the San Diego region and managing the cases of those receiving Cash Aid from the government, Viviana is experienced in dealing with high-stress situations with calmness and efficiency. Viviana obtained a bachelor’s in Women’s and a minor in Counseling and Social Change. She is passionate about social justice and keen to be a resource point for those who may need it.
In her free time, Viviana enjoys trying new restaurants, playing with her dog, and enjoying the beautiful San Diego weather outside.
Liliana Garcia

Liliana Garcia is a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist at Graham Hollis APC. She grew up in the border town of Calexico, California and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She has her Associates Degree in Administration of Justice and in University Studies Social & Behavioral Sciences from Grossmont College. She was previously a social worker for the developmentally disabled which is where she discovered her passion for getting everyone the equal treatment they deserve. She is currently working on her Paralegal Studies degree at Cuyamaca College and hopes to continue to grow her education and career in law.
In her spare time, she loves to work out and is constantly participating in kickboxing and CrossFit classes. She loves to travel, visit museums, explore theme parks and new cities with her loved ones.
Gabriela Sil

Gabriela is a Bilingual Paralegal at the law offices of Graham Holls APC.
Gabriela was born and raised in Mexico City and has been living in the United States for 17 years. She obtained her Paralegal Associates Degree from San Diego Miramar College and is a certified English-Spanish Translator.
Gabriela values justice in the working world and considers herself an ally in the fight to protect workers’ legal rights.
Gabriela loves spending time with family and friends. She likes riding her bike, hiking and working out. She is an avid reader and music lover.
Carrie Rogers
Paralegal
Carrie Rogers is a recent graduate of the UCSD Paralegal Program. Carrie was born and raised in Scotland, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese and Business from the University of Stirling and a Master’s Degree in Japanese from the University of Edinburgh. She was previously a Japanese translator for a major financial institution in Tokyo, where she was first exposed to employment law and contracts.
Outside of work, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband, two high-energy boys, and a highenergy dog, going to wineries, reading, traveling, and watching Japanese and Korean dramas.

Ivan Lopez

Intake Specialist
Ivan is a Bilingual Intake Specialist at the law offices of GrahamHollis APC. Ivan was born and raised in Los Angeles and has lived throughout California. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California Santa Cruz. While working on his bachelor’s, he developed a passion for helping others; he volunteered for the Homeless Garden Project, a therapeutic job training program for the homeless people of Santa Cruz. Ivan considers himself an advocate for employee rights and is passionate about social equity
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, building computers, reading, and going to the beach.
