Our Team

The team at GrahamHollis APC is ready to help you. With our main offices located in San Diego, and satellite offices in Orange, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Sacramento, our attorneys and staff advise, represent and serve employees throughout California. As our client, you can always count on excellent service.

Bonnie Potter

Bonnie obtained her paralegal certificate in 1995 and has worked with GrahamHollis APC for more than 20 years. Bonnie is typically the first point of contact for prospective clients and conducts the initial interview to obtain essential information and documents, and she performs conflict checks and background research necessary for evaluating potential claims. Once an attorney-client relationship is established, Bonnie assists in transitioning the client smoothly into the firm.

In Bonnie’s 20-plus years at GrahamHollis APC, 16 of those years included being the office administrator responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the firm. Bonnie has a unique ability in establishing interpersonal relationships with all members of the firm. Her direct experience and knowledge in processing time cards, payroll and benefits, as well as being instrumental in the creation and maintenance of the employee handbook, are invaluable when discussing wage and hour and employment issues with prospective clients.

Bonnie’s love of Excel made her an integral member of the litigation team in preparing for mediation and settlements. She is thoroughly involved in the life of each case, including her assistance with obtaining employment records, reviewing and organizing the records, drafting letters to the Labor & Workforce Development Agency for wage claims, drafting class action and PAGA complaints, and drafting and responding to discovery.

When not working at the office, Bonnie loves to read, craft, work in her garden and spend time with her family and three grandchildren, and she is a BIG Halloween fan.
