Dawn Berry
Dawn joined GrahamHollis APC as an associate attorney in 2022. She has extensive experience litigating class, collective and representative actions, including those brought under state and federal wage-and-hour and consumer protection laws. Over the course of her career, Dawn has represented thousands of consumers and employees, all with the goal of helping her clients get justice and holding wrongdoers accountable.
Dawn received her law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Gonzaga Law Review and graduated cum laude. She was a founding member of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Student Chapter at Gonzaga University and served as vice president of the Environmental Law Caucus. During law school, Dawn worked at a private, nonprofit law firm where she assisted low-income clients with housing, employment, public benefits, and civil rights matters.
Dawn is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit.
In her free time, Dawn enjoys golf, traveling and exploring craft breweries.
